2. Acquiring external funds and investors,
3. Physical culture and tourism,
4. Citizenship matters,
5. Registration of civil status,
6. Environmental protection and nature protection as well as water management,
7. Urban greenery and tree stands,
8. Public education,
9. Support and dissemination of the local government idea,
10. Current operation of Aqua-Tur Sp. z o. o., Municipal Shared Services Center (KCUW), Sports and Recreation Center (OSiR) and Regional Museum.

He exercises direct supervision over:

1. Departments of: Development, Civil Affairs and Civil Registry Office,
2. Environmental Protection Department.
3. The duties of the Deputy Mayor include the supervision of matters concerning:
